University of Connecticut men's track and field sophomore, Noel James was named the BIG EAST Field Athlete of the Week for the period of Feb. 7-13 after winning the high jump at the Lafayette-Rider Invitational last weekend.

The Saint Joseph's women's track team competed in the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games Invitational at the Armory Track and Field Center in New York on Friday. Senior Nohjay Nimpson earned her third win of the season in the triple jump with her mark of 38'8 1/4".
