Welcome to the Twenty Fourth Cardinal Hayes Invitational and Bronx Catholic High Schools Track & Field Championship to be held at Fordham University's Lombardi Center on Friday, January 6th, 2017. The meet will follow the NY-BQ Junior Midget Champs tentatively at 5:30. The Bronx Catholics will he conducted among the Bronx CHSAA Schools. Non-Bronx CHSAA & Private Schools will compete for the Invitational Championship.

No coaches or athletes who are not in the race in progress will be permitted at the finish line! The timing and scoring are more difficult due to outside interference for coaches and athletes. We shall be forced to disqualify the competitor of any coach or athlete who does not cooperate
Meet Rules: CHSAA rules will be used ANY 2 EVENTS
NO SPIKES MAY BE USED IN THIS MEET, Plastic bottoms are allowed. New floor at the Lombardi Center. This will be strictly enforced!

For Varsity 55m Dash only:
We will accept 12 entrants based on past performances and seeds.
Please list only those you think can score/medal (5th-fastest times the past 3 years were: 2012: 6.7, 2013: 6.7, 2014: 6.8)
All others will race in the JV 55 which does not score but WILL award medals to top 5 based on time, including ties for 5th.
This will save us much-needed time and prevent athletes from racing 3 rounds.
