Difficult conditions in Windsor, but the meet must go on. It was a day of freezing temperatures, strong winds, and snow. The rare glimmer of sunshine brought everyone briefly out of their blanket cocoons. While iPhone users lost faith in their weather app, which insisted the temperature was above 40 all day. While it wasn’t ideal for fast times, athletes still braved the conditions and produced exciting races.
