Girl's Races first followed by the Boys Race
Running Events
4:30 start
55 Hurdles (trials,semis and finals)
55 dash (trials,semis and finals
3200 Meter Run
Distance Medley (1200, 400, 800, 1600)
800 Meter Run
400 Meter Dash
4X800 Meter Relay
200 Meter Dash (final on time)
1600 Meter Run
4X400 Meter Relay
Field Events
4:30 start
Shot Put - (3 Trial throws - top 6 performances back to a final) girls then boys
Long Jump - (3 trial jumps open pit - top 6 jumpers back to a final) girls then boys
Triple Jump - (3 trial jumps open pit - top 6 jumpers back to a final) boys then girls
High Jump - will begin at the conclusion of the Dash Finals. (2 pits - boys and girls at the same time)
Pole Vault - Begins promptly at 4:30 - boys then girls (we will alternate starts each year)
