Manhattan NY - Join us live tonight, from 6pm to 10pm, as we cover all the action at Madison Square Garden. A mix of professional and high school elite athletes will be competing in what looks to be the biggest meet of the year so far. For the high schoolers', USATF has pulled some of the best talent from the east coast to assemble a stellar mile field. New York athletes like the duo from North Shore (Nadel and Nerud) will meet up with the duo from Saratoga (Driscoll and Hollowood), supplemented by a strong bevy of outstanding out-of-state runners. For the boys, look for Zavon Watkins (Liverpool) to have a great race against Thomas Awad (Chaminade), while being challenged by the pair from Shaker (Delago and Libruk).
Also note, that Neptune superstar Ajee Wilson will be racing in the Elite field for the 800m. This high school senior ran 2:02.64 over 800m this past summer. For more info on this rising star, check out Geoff Decker's article here.
