ITHACA, N.Y. -- The Cornell women's track and field teams finished up the regular season with their final home competition of the year on Sunday, hosting several colleges and club teams at the Big Red Invitational at the Kane Sports Complex.

The Cornell women won nine times and had seven ECAC qualifiers while continuing to re-write the school top-10 all-time lists. Sophomore Ailish Hanly helped get the meet off to a great start for the Big Red in equaling the facility record in the high jump with an ECAC-qualifying clearance of 5-7, good for #6 all-time at Cornell. Senior Kim Lienhoop also jumped well, clearing 5-5 for second. The Big Red women had several very good efforts on the track. Junior Dani Silas twice went under the ECAC standard in the 100 hurdles, running 14.22 in the prelims and then 14.15 in the finals to place second.
