On Saturday, the Big Red finished a terrific weekend with five event wins to go along with 15 top-three finishes and 16 more ECAC qualifiers, as the Big Red now boasts Eastern qualifiers in every event this season. The Big Red's team victory was fueled by junior Melissa Hewitt's three event wins as well as impressive first-place finishes from senior co-captain Kim Standridge and junior Janel Parker. Hewitt came out of the blocks with a fast preliminary round 7.58 in the 60 before matching her personal best of 7.46 in the final to cruise to victory, missing the Ivy record by only .01.
