Boys Distance
Aidan Puffer surged in the 1600m at the start of the third lap and by the bell he was alone and on his way to the gold as Callum Sherry outkicked Steven Hergenrother for 2nd. Puffer again dominated the 3200m while Eamon Burke and Luke Stoeffler battled it out for the silver. The surprise among the distance events was in the 800m, where Ryan Orr came in with only the fifth best time among the guys in the unseeded second section. He kicked it home with a PR by more than two seconds and his time stood up over Gabriel Sisk's winning effort in the seeded third section.
