Brittani Westberry had a productive day as she surged to a PR on the final back straightaway to capture the 600m, and then scratched from the 300m to anchor Windsor's silver performance in the final 4x400m. Second-seeded Kate Demark held strong for the silver, and Riley Powers came up late with her own PR to pass pre-race favorite Esme Daplyn who led for 2 1/2 of the three laps.

55 Hurdles
The 55H final was big-time special as the top 6 all ran to PRs, most by huge amounts. After taking the 100H and 300H at the 2021 outdoor Open, Mariella Schweitzer was not to be denied as she knocked another 0.16 off her PR from prelims on a day in which she also won the long jump and placed 2nd in the 300m. Leonaya Knox came in as the 9th seed off of her 3rd in Class L and knocked 0.44 off her PR to get the silver. Amanda Castaldi was 2nd to Schweitzer in Class M, and she also knocked a big chunk off to edge Shani Smith for the bronze.
