Class L Boys
Highlights:
Colin Brown edged Victor Rosa in the 100m, but Rosa got the win in the 200m while Jonathan Tarbet held off Wilton's Jack Myers in the 400m. Ryan Farrell defended his top seed in the 800m, and Gavin Sherry blew up the meet record in the 1600m and then outdistanced Xavier's Eamon Burke in the 3200m at a slightly less ferocious pace wjile again obliterating Alex Ostberg's meet record by more than 4 seconds. Joshua Clarke got the hurdles double.
Windsor, Naugatuck, and Newington all had fairly decisive wins in the relays.
In the field events, Timothy Watson, Michael Watson, Messiah Harling all defended their top seeds in their specialty jumps and vaults, while Jayson Burchell added almost a foot to his PR to beat out a crowded field in the LJ. Gary Moore Jr. won by almost 8 feet in the shot and then exploded the meet record in the discus by almost 22 feet before placing 4th behind Trevor Drescher in the javelin.
