Girls Distance

1000m

Meet Record: 2:55.10     Last Year's Winner:  Grace Hanratty (Old Saybrook) 2:58.03

Grace Hanratty won here and at the Open before going on to win the New England title, so there is some expectation that she will put her focus here again, and she comes in at 3:03.77. Immaculate's Molly Cole actually has the best 1000m time, but she is not entered here and is focusing on the 600m while her teammate Ailene Doherty at 3:05.79 will be the second seed behind Hanratty. Also on the line will be Jaden Young of Woodland at 3:06.07 and Emily Stratton of Old Saybrook at 3:13.40.

1600m

Meet Record: 4:58.32     Last Year's Winner: Taylor Mascetta (Immaculate) 5:13.07

Old Saybrook's Grace Hanratty has the best time here with a mile conversion of 5:09.37, but again she may well scratch from the 1600m as she did last year and focus on the 1000m and a relay. The likely favorite would then be East Hampton's Liv DiStefano who appears to have a mile converted mark of 5:10.62. A trio of Immaculate runners are next and their mile converted times on MileSplit show as Molly Coyle at 5:15.84, Kayla Ondy at 5:19.22, and Ailene Doherty is seeded at 5:23.70. Canton's Julia Caputo at 5:24.59 should also be in the chase pack.

3200m

Meet Record: 10:53.85     Last Year's Winner:  Emily Sienna (Hale Ray) 11:09.85

Kylie Raymond of Somers was a huge favorite last here but ended up in 2nd,  so she will be looking to nail down the win this year as the favorite again at 11:20.38 after an easy win at NCC. Julia Caputo of Canton at 11:30.97 and Liv DiStefano of East Hampton at 11:34.95 may be looking to do the 1600m-3200m double.
