Breakdown: Separating herself from a pack of five with a mile to go, Kylee Odell pulled ahead of the field.  She dropped all but Christina Peppy, who gave her chase right through the line.  Both girls will be back fighting for a spot at States at the Section 6 Sectional race, and this one could go either way.

Breakdown: Class D Maple Grove once again came out to defend their title.  With two girls in the top 5 overall, they started out with two low sticks in the scoring.  They would need it, as their compression was the highest in the field.  The battle for Class D rages on, as they finished with 805 points in the merge, while top ranked Tully finished one place back with 856.  That gap will close with a field that doesn't include 2000 runners, obviously, so the race is set to be very close.
