Breakdown: Xavier seems to have a bigger gap on the field than in years past, and will look to continue their legacy here at McQuaid.  And as is usual at this meet, the Canadian influences make the rest of the projections a little fuzzy.  Parker Stokes is attending this meet for the first time in his school's history, and has the best resume in the field.  He ran for the win last week in 182, but will need more if he wants to take home the merge.  Sam Lawler hasn't raced yet in an Invite, but did set the Mendon Course record in a dual meet effort in mid-September.  Two names to watch out for are Joe Fast, who recently placed well at 21:26 for a 6K effort in Canada, and Josh Zelek, who has 8:33 speed for the 3000m.  Both could get the jump on the Americans.
