Boys D
Beaver River started of 2017 with the best SSR of the Class D teams, but after a slower start Sauquoit Valley doubled the Beaver's gain on the season and it was a ferocious battle at Sectionals. A few of the top teams such as Maple Grove and Maple Hill had less than 10 point gains, but Class D was composed mainly of teams in which the average runner improved his time by about a minute (20 points).
