Why: Only Rush-Henrietta has broken 48-seconds in the Sprint Relay so far, but Loucks is bringing together the strongest of the downstate sprinters to try and change that. Three of the Top 5 in the 4x200m at Indoor States are entered here, led by William Floyd of Long Island. Christopher Columbus and Brentwood are right on their tails, and Elmont sneaks into a strong position with their 48.68 from Saint Anthony's.
