The Muddy 2017 New York State Meet Recap

Girls Class B Individuals

State of the Action: Last year's NXN Regional champion, Katherine Lee, might have had the toughest test of the day.  In the last race, the sun had turned the frozen tundra into 5000 meters of mud, and Lee was stuck trying to fight the elements.  It may have hurt her time in the merge, as the other races weren't nearly as bad, but she still managed to come away with a clear win, injury free.  Two girls from Mount Sinai came through for the next two spots, a big race for them.
