Niskayuna finds itself as one of the best combined programs in the State. NY #3 on the Boys' side, and NY #5 on the Girls' side, both teams are real threats for States and beyond. We took a visit to the Section 2 power conference, to take a look at a day of practice for the Silver Warriors.
