Flyers had a huge end to the 2016 season after finishing a close 4th to
St. John the Baptist, St. Anthony's, and Kellenberg in the NSCHSAA and
then going on to knock off two of those teams to also finish 4th in the
CHSAA and finally leading all the CHSAA teams at the the Federation meet
with a 5th place. But three of the top 4 guys were seniors Connor
Fitzpatrick, Christopher Loumeau, and Christopher Strzelinski, so
Chaminade has a lot rebuilding to do in a conference where its top
rivals are returning a lot of guys. Seniors Patrick Conklin and John
Phelan finished 10th and 31st in the CHSAA, and they will be the two to build around as the Flyers try to work toward their first title
since 2013. |
