Mike Feldman Returns To National Lead In Hammer Throw

Staten Island's Michael Feldman had been the National Leader all season long. That is, until, he traveled to New Balance Outdoor Nationals, and met up with PA Shot Put Phenom, Jordan Geist.  In Geist's first attempt at the event, he threw a 238-9, to barely eclipse Feldman's leading toss of 238-1.

One month later, and Feldman is back on top.  Throwing at the New York Hammer Series #7, this time at Princeton University, Feldman threw a 73.98m to retake the throne.  That mark converts to 242-8.5, a new National Leader.  Not only that, but it also bumps him up to NY #3 All-Time in the event.

Mike's twin brother, Steven, also saw a Seasons' Best.  Previously at 222-9, Steven threw a 70.29m to take second in the competition, hitting 230-7.5.  That also moves Feldman up a slot on the All-Time lists, now to NY #5.
