State of the Action: As expected, it was a four person race. The quartet went out strong, and held the pace throughout. Kaitlin Ryan was able to set the pace, and the speed couldn't be challenged. She came away with her first Federation Individual State Title, in a swift time. Lily Flynn made a big move in the final few strides, swung right, and nipped the leading pair at the line.
