State of the Action: Proving it was no lucky jump that got Anton Kunnas his top seed, he matched his overall personal best once again at the Ocean Breeze facility. The State Leader had plenty of competition, as four athletes hit the 15-0 bar, higher than last years winning mark by a full half-foot.
