State of the Action: It wasn't a storybook meet for West Babylon. They knew going into the finals that they would have to be running with an alternate in the most competitive race of the season. But that didn't stop them, as they moved past a North Rockland team that lead through the first two legs. Then, with 300m runner-up Brittany Korsah dropping a 55.67 3rd leg, and Paige Keefer bringing home the win, West Babylon took home the gold medal, tantalizingly close to the meet record.
