New York College Runners Go for 2016 Nationals


NCAA D2 - Regionals Wrap-up

Women

Summary: Roberts Wesleyan will again be the squad providing most of the 8 NY alumni headed for D2 Nationals after getting a qualifying spot with a 3rd place finish in the East region. 2011 States Class D champ Liz Valento took 3rd for the Redhawks to lead the way for Rachel Hutchinson, Emily Betts, Megha Singh and Addison Sgroi. LIU Post's Talya Williams took 4th to earn an at-large bid. The other two Nationals bound runners include Marina Eberhart with 2nd place Bloomsbury from the Atlantic regional, and Rebekkah Bond as a member of the 1st place University of Mary team in the Central regional, which is ranked 3rd in the nation.
