State of the Action: Both teams had been atop the podium before.  On the starting line, it was Maple Grove favored to win.  But Greenwich had upset teams before, and they weren't about to be counted out.  The race was close throughout, with similar colored jersey's clouding the mid-race score estimates.  Across the line they came, and it was still up in the air.  The key was Greenwich's compression up front.  They put their 4th in before Maple Grove's third.  There was still danger, as Greenwich's fifth was further back.  But she made up the distance to solidify their win.  Greenwich won the title for the second year in a row following a  run of four in a row from 2006 to 2009.
