  • Kamryn McIntosh of Suffern made sure on Thursday night that no one forgot her name, as the reigning indoor national 400m champion ran US #2 2:06.00 800m and 54.39 for 400m. She already ranks US #11 with her season-best 54.12. But that's not all - she split 52.93 seconds to anchor her 4x400m to victory after getting the baton about 30 meters back!
  • Bella Burda (Arlington) runs fastest 3k in New York since Aisling Cuffe in 2011 with US #4 9:37.31, but the real story is seventh-grader Katelyn Tuohy of North Rockland, who crushes the New York 7th Grade State Record with a blazing US #7 9:48.44 3k. That converts to 10:35 for 2 miles!
  • Suffern ladies proved their depth as Imani Solan, a member of the national indoor champion DMR team alongside McIntosh, doubled in the 100m (12.25) and 200m (24.43)
  • 400m and 400m hurdles specialist Rai Benjamin (Mount Vernon) dropped down in distance to win the 100m in 10.8
  • James Asselmeyer, an indoor All-American with his Arlington 4x800m squad, ran 1:52.87 to win the 800m over Luke Gavigan (Tappan Zee) and Benito Muniz (Carmel)
  • All-American Eric Favors of North Rockland doubled in the Discus (172-10) and Shot Put (57-3.5)
