| One weekend after rubbing elbows with Usain Bolt, Justin Gaitlin, and Tyson Gay at the World Relays, Rai Benjamin will return to the 400m at Loucks. He'll face off against Richard Rose, who shocked Benjamin at the Loucks Games last year. The pair have a two second advantage over the rest of the field (which is huge at this distance), but it doesn't mean the back seeds aren't any less talented.
